Tamsin's ethos is, and always has been, to source produce, from local Devon suppliers who take pride and care in growing and harvesting top quality produce. Focusing on shortening our supply chains, creating seasonally inspired menus is beneficial to the environment and local economy. This is even more essential today as Covid-19 has impacted us all, not least how we eat and live.
Fish and crab are caught from day boats off the Jurassic Coast, superior beef and venison fillets are sourced from select East Devon farmers. When in London, Tamsin loves foraging in some of the capital's great food markets and specialist gourmet shops, keeping an eye on what is exciting and on trend.
The thoughtfully curated menus are inspired by the diversity and quality of produce available throughout the year and appeal to both vegetarians and meat lovers.
